* Supporters purchasing a concessionary priced season ticket or membership for the first time are asked to provide the ticket office with proof of date of birth; e.g. passport or birth certificate. They will then be issued with a loyalty card incorporating their photograph for presentation at the turnstile with your season or match ticket.

Photographs can be taken at the ticket office or you can email a passport sized photograph to us on tickets@crewealex.net

For supporters renewing concessionary priced season tickets or memberships, there will be no requirement to resubmit your information as we already hold all the necessary details and photographs.

**Students will need to provide the ticket office with proof of full time study for the next academic year; and an identification card will also be issued

Concessionary Season Tickets and Associate Membership cards are for personal use and not transferable

Standing Order

Supporters can also pay for their season ticket by standing order over a period of 4 months. This will be subject to a small administration charge. Please contact the ticket office for more information and a application form.
